We hired Daryl (Western Elements Landscaping) based on the fact our son and his neighbours retained him for their landscaping.  We saw first hand the high quality of his work. Our close friends and my neighbour also hired Daryl and we couldn't be more pleased. From start to finish, our experience with Daryl was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend him to do your landscaping!!!

We used Western Elements Landscaping for the landscaping at our new house in Cranston a few years ago. We have a fairly large yard backing onto the ridge. They did all the work in both the front and backyards. There was lots of hardscaping, including a two tiered deck, privacy screen, patio, fire pit area and a pond, as well as large rocks, plants and trees.

We were (and still are) extremely pleased with Daryl's work. He made our vision come to life and the garden was exactly as we had pictured in our mind once he was finished.

Daryl and his team were always punctual and he was always there when he said he would be (which is rare these days). He completed the work in the time frame he gave us and we always knew what was happening and what the next step would be and when that would be completed. We have had Daryl do several other things in our yard over the last few years and we have him back every spring to clean up the yard.We would highly recommend Daryl to anyone looking for a great landscaping company who are efficient, on time and very well priced in our opinion.

Daryl (owner of Western Elements Landscaping) levelled (and sodded) our backyard, put rocks on the side of our house, and put a garden in the frontyard of our newy built home.

It’s incredible how different Daryl is from other contractors in this business. We grabbed a few quotes from other people and it seemed that all of them didn’t want to be bothered with the job. There was even a contractor from Airdrie who set up THREE appointments and never showed up to any of them.

Daryl was different. He was always punctual, incredibly cordial and friendly, and patient with answering any question we came up with. He also sent a great followup email with FAQs about watering newly laid sod, how often to water the garden, etc.

Would not think twice about working with Daryl again and would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of landscaping.

Daryl and his team helped us design and install our new patio and garden beds. They were all extremely professional and friendly. Daryl is extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented and meticulous in his work. Working with Daryl was fantastic.  He helped give me ideas of how to best use the space and when he recognized I needed a bit of help coordinating with other vendors he stepped in to and helped really get things over the line quickly.  The job was done quickly and quality was second to none.  I’d recommend him and the team to anyone!

Daryl and his team did all the landscaping for our front and back yard after we rebuilt our house. Daryl designed the layout, offered suggestions for trees, shrubs, perennials, rock features, a drainage system and fence. He took into consideration the amount of light we would get in the front and back yard, and that we wanted a relatively low maintenance yard in making his recommendations. The work was done when promised and for the budget quoted, and the whole team was friendly and knowledgeable. Daryl left us with recommendations on how to care for the lawn and plants going forward and came back when needed for follow-up. In correspondence, he took the time to provide thorough responses to our questions. We were very pleased with the work and are more than happy to recommend him to others.

I can’t say enough about Daryl and his team at Western Elements! This is the second year that they have come out to work at my house. First time was to completely redesign my backyard and then my front yard this year. He is so accommodating and professional and he and his team are hardworking and they do an amazing job. His prices are reasonable and his work is impeccable! He also stands behind the work that he does which I really appreciate. I don’t hesitate to recommend him!

The project Daryl and his crew completed for us included a new fence, retaining wall and levelling our yard to install a parking pad for our trailer. Overall, it was a job well done. We appreciated the detail quote and how they took time to do things properly and attended to details. The fence and retaining wall are well built and pavers were laid to tie everything in with the rest of the yard. Professional and clean finish at the end of the job as well. We highly recommend Daryl and his crew.

Daryl and his team did a great job on my yard. I'm a first time yard owner and he provided a huge list of tips and tricks to keep it looking great all year. Construction work was fantastic and they completed everything in a timely manner. 100% would recommend.
